Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hourly remote position. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with ~20–30% travel to client sites and supervision locations.

The role partners with Regional Clinical Directors and the Senior Managing Director, ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in ABA/psychology/education and BCBA certification, plus 2+ years ABA

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in a related field.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst may be required in your state.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA therapy experience with individuals with autism.
• Proficient with various ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and oversees ABA services for clients with autism.
• Conducts assessments and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Trains and supervises RBTs and support staff.
• Collects and analyzes data to monitor progress.
• Maintains accurate documentation and participates in team reviews.
