Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as a full-time hourly remote clinician. You will design, implement, and oversee ABA services for clients with autism, with occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, remote supervision of RBTs, data collection, and collaboration with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field, plus BCBA certification.
• State licensure as a behavior analyst if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience with individuals with autism.
• Proficiency with ABA assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
• Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and families.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to client homes or sites approximately 20-30% as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records.
