Job summary

Intercare Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time hourly remote clinician serving clients with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will design, implement, and oversee behavior-analytic services, with occasional travel to client locations and supervision sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
• Proficiency in various assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
• Provide remote supervision and consultation services to clients and their families
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as needed (approximately 20-30% travel requirement)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
