Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Virtual BCaBA (Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst) PRN to support clients remotely across MO, GA, and AR. This role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and real-world service delivery.

You will conduct behavioral assessments and design, train staff, and oversee behavior plans, with on-call rotation and ongoing compliance. Missouri licensure and BCBA certification are required; flexible scheduling and

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and licensed in Missouri.
• Two years of experience with individuals with IDD.
• Annual 10 hours of training in behavior supports.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Teams with behavioral expertise.
• Lead Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and provide interpretations.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment and coaching in applicable settings.
• Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
• Monitor restraint use and provide training to reduce.
