Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct support or case management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of advising and counseling techniques, including crisis interventions.
• Advanced knowledge of risk assessment and planning.
• Advanced knowledge of trauma-informed assessment and intervention.
• Advanced organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize multiple demands.
• Advanced judgment and decision-making, problem solving, and performance measures.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and agility in diverse campus communities.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and triage: screen and route student needs to appropriate services.
• Case coordination and administration: manage referrals and maintain confidential records.
• Resource navigation and direct support: provide short-term coordination for standard requests.
• Center operations and program support: assist in public-facing operations and outreach.
