Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, higher education administration, higher education counseling or related field (Required)
• Master's degree in higher education administration, counseling, social work or related field (Preferred)
• Experience in advising and counseling techniques; crisis intervention knowledge
• Experience with risk assessment and planning; trauma-informed assessment/intervention

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage student needs; connect to holistic services
• Coordinate and manage case referrals; ensure timely handoffs
• Maintain confidential records in data systems
• Support in-person front-desk operations and outreach
