The position emphasizes outreach, resource navigation, and data-driven assessment to improve access for under-resourced students. Funding is time-bound and subject to availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in listed fields; substitution: year-for-year related experience considered.
• Experience coordinating basic needs resources or related programs is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience supporting college students within a higher education environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the university's Basic Needs Program to assist students.
• Meet individually with students to assess needs and provide resource navigation.
• Maintain knowledge of campus, local, state, and federal resources for referrals.
• Oversee Clyde's Cupboard and related Basic Needs programs.
• Monitor participation and identify trends for program improvements.
• Maintain confidential student records per university policies.
• Coordinate daily program operations and logistical support for Basic Needs initiatives.
• Supervise graduate assistants and volunteers with training and feedback.
• Compile information on emergency funding resources and coordinate with campus partners.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop partnerships with campus departments and community organizations.
• Plan outreach and promote programs through multiple channels.
• Maintain Basic Needs website and resource directory for accuracy.
