Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a BAS Technical Project Manager to lead the design and integration of BAS/PMS and related control systems on mission-critical projects. The role emphasizes collaboration with MEP engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients across the United States in a remote capacity.

You will apply QA/QC processes, develop standards, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, within-scope project delivery.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree in Engineering, construction or related disciplines.
• Experience in BAS/BMS/EPMS projects preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS/PMS design and integration efforts, including controls and documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP design engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain BAS standards and ensure QA/QC across deliverables.
• Manage and review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and closeout documents.
