The role emphasizes independent work, cross-team collaboration, and adherence to client requirements while leveraging AI-enabled efficiency and digital tools to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Engineering required; BAS experience preferred.
• Experience with BIM tools and design documents.
• Ability to work remotely and coordinate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BAS/PMS and control system design projects.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain BAS standards and documentation.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Support QA/QC and project delivery.
