Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking an experienced BAS Engineering Manager to lead mission-critical building automation, PMS controls integration, and smart building solutions. You will guide planning and design of BAS/PMS and integrated control systems, developing and maintaining DLB controls standards.

You will collaborate with outsource partners, MEP engineers, contractors, vendors, software engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs meet project requirements and expectations.

Qualifications

• B.A. / B.S. degree in Engineering, construction or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of BAS controls systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subconsultant scopes of work and prepare technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams and external partners to ensure on-time design and documentation packages.
• Develop design drawings, sequences of operations and control system specifications.
• Assist in AutoCAD and Revit drawing development for floor plans and system diagrams.
• Manage deliverables when not the lead design engineer.
• Provide QA/QC and maintain BAS/EPMS standards.
