Eliassen Group is seeking a Hogan Business Systems Analyst to lead business process transformation on the STEM project. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver aligned solutions.

The analyst conducts needs assessments, documents requirements, supports testing, and ensures client objectives are met through reporting and analysis. Remote work is offered, with a W2 employment arrangement and comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with mainframe focus.
• Experience with Hogan Deposits or similar core banking apps (Fiserv/FIS/Jack Henry/Systematics).
• Experience with test case development and execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ALM, Jira, SharePoint, and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements with business and technology teams; define scope and objectives.
• Facilitate reviews and status meetings; maintain agendas, minutes, and logs.
• Collaborate to develop and execute test cases; support UAT and QA testing.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, management, and vendors.
• Source, compile, and interpret data; analyze for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide daily technical support; drive end-user experience improvements.
• Produce reports from data analysis and testing; identify gaps and improvements.
• Elicit and manage requirements documents; perform gap analysis and process flows.
