Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Hogan Business Systems Analyst to lead business process transformation on the STEM project. This remote contract role collaborates with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Hogan core banking experience, and strong testing/data analysis skills. W2 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on mainframe environments.
• Hogan Deposits or similar core banking applications experience (Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry, or Systematics). Hogan CIS/RPM/DDA preferred.
• Experience with development and execution of test cases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ALM, Jira, SharePoint, and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Identify requirements with business and technology teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Schedule and facilitate portfolio, requirements, and design reviews, and maintain meeting logs.
• Collaborate with systems analysts to develop and execute test cases; support UAT.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal business and technology partners and vendors.
• Source, compile, and interpret data; analyze outputs for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide daily technical support, drive end-user improvements, and manage test plans.
• Produce reports from data; identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Elicit and manage business & functional requirements documents; perform gap analyses.
