Job summary

Arizona Central Credit Union is seeking a Systems Analyst I to bridge business operations and technology. You will collect requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support multiple business systems to boost productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities include monitoring logs, supporting core systems, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining APIs and documentation. Remote/hybrid work is available after 90 days, with a typical 9–5 schedule on weekdays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Arizona resident or eligible to work in AZ.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily and monthly operations logs; verify scheduled jobs.
• Support core system operations including core workload automation and origination systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate actions with teams/vendors.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, integrations and maintenance.
• Maintain APIs and add-ons to support business needs.
• Assist with design, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and integrations.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to information security, risk and compliance policies.
