• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor calls, emails, and tickets to identify the contact reason and path.
• Respond to questions about account access, balances, and digital tools.
• Record clear notes in a CRM like Copper after each interaction.
• Open and track tickets using Help Scout and categorize for resolution.
• Handle calls using Talkdesk with a calm, professional approach.
• Explain banking information in plain language and confirm next steps.
• Guide customers through digital banking navigation and self-service options.
• Follow up on open tickets as more info or internal responses become available.
• Escalate complex issues to team leads with complete notes.
• Meet quality standards with accurate info and timely follow-up.
