Job summary

Ensono is a client-facing technology service provider guiding financial institutions through modernization and digital transformation while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.

As a Banking Solution Architect you will work with solution architects and digital consultants in pre‑sales, develop proofs of concept, present services, and create reference architectures, with travel up to 25% and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, 5+ years in financial services or banking
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• CISSP, TOGAF or similar certifications
• Mainframe technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, FDIC, SOX)
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives while maintaining compliance

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and tailor solutions for banking clients
• Present Ensono’s Mainframe Modernization Service and digital offerings to banking clients
• Develop proofs of concepts demonstrating value across the IT landscape while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Address client questions and objections during proposals with banking requirements expertise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-year transformations for banking environments
• Create reference architecture frameworks for financial institutions
• Foster executive relationships with banking clients and emphasize risk mitigation
• Provide fully costed solution architectures that meet regulatory requirements
• Communicate progress through presentations and meetings with banking stakeholders
• Maintain documentation on IT activities, roadmaps, and regulatory considerations
