Ensono is seeking a Banking Solution Architect to drive technical innovation for financial institution clients. You will work on pre-sales, architecture, and end-to-end solutioning—from mainframe modernization to digital services—while ensuring banking regulations are met.

The role requires deep experience in solution architecture within financial services, along with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and engagement with C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, with 5+ years in financial services/banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF).
• Understanding of mainframe technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, FDIC, SOX).
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and tailor solutions for financial institutions.
• Present Ensono’s Mainframe Modernization and digital offerings to banking clients.
• Develop POCs demonstrating value across IT landscape with regulatory compliance.
• Address questions during proposals with expertise in financial services requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-year transformation for banking environments.
• Create reference architecture frameworks for complex financial solutions.
• Foster executive relationships with banking clients and manage risk.
