Ensono is seeking a Banking Solution Architect to drive modernization and regulatory-compliant technology strategies for banking clients. You will collaborate with pre-sales and cross-functional teams to design end-to-end solutions, from mainframe modernization to advanced digital services.

The role requires 10+ years in solution architecture, strong banking regulatory knowledge, and experience engaging C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience.
• At least 5 years in financial services or banking environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF).
• Understanding of mainframe technologies and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, FDIC, SOX).
• Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives while maintaining compliance.

• Present Ensono’s Mainframe Modernization and digital offerings to banking clients.
• Develop proof of concepts demonstrating value across IT landscape with regulatory compliance.
• Address questions and objections during proposals with banking domain expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for multi-year banking transformation initiatives.
• Create reference architectures and templates for complex banking solutions.
