Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Banking Solution Architect for remote work in the United States. You will drive technical innovation and transformation for financial institution clients, guiding pre-sales solutions from mainframe modernization to digital services while ensuring banking regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present costed architectures, and build reference templates while fostering executive relationships to reduce risk and deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years in financial services or banking environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP or TOGAF.
• Understanding of mainframe technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of banking regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, FDIC, SOX).
• Familiarity with cutting-edge digital solutions for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and tailor banking solutions accordingly.
• Present Ensono’s Mainframe Modernization Service and digital offerings to banking clients.
• Develop proofs of concepts demonstrating value across the IT landscape while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Address questions during proposals with expertise in financial services requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-year banking transformations.
• Create reference architectures and templates for complex financial solutions.
