Ensono is seeking a Banking Solution Architect to drive technical innovation for financial institution clients. You will work with solution architects and digital consultants through pre-sales, delivering end-to-end solutioning from mainframe modernization to cutting-edge digital services while ensuring banking regulations are met.

This role requires deep experience in solution architecture, strong regulatory knowledge, and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders. Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience, with ≥5 years in financial services or banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP or TOGAF.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and tailor solutions for banking clients.
• Present Ensono’s Mainframe Modernization and digital offerings.
• Develop proofs of concepts demonstrating value across the IT landscape.
• Address client questions during proposals with regulatory focus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for multi-year banking transformations.
• Create reference architectures and templates for financial institutions.
• Build executive relationships prioritizing client satisfaction and risk mitigation.
• Deliver fully costed solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
• Document IT activities, roadmaps, and regulatory considerations.
