Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a remote Sales Support Specialist to provide high-level support for bank products and services. You will evaluate financial data, identify sales opportunities, prepare documentation, and respond to client inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

You'll work with the sales team across units, assist in calls or presentations, and may lead less experienced colleagues. Location is remote with potential hires in OH, WV, and NC, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum education and experience as stated: Bachelor's Degree and 1 year experience OR HS/ GED with 5 years in Sales, Customer Service, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Service & Support - Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis, reporting, and daily support operations. Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries. Determines target needs and provides resolution. May serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout sales process.
• Documentation - Prepares documentation presented to clients. This may include proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.
• Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets financial data. Performs analysis to determine trends in market, product, or client information.
• Product Specialist - Provides knowledge in area of work. Assists in process troubleshooting for both internal and external parties. May assist in creating and monitoring pricing of Bank products or services, including evaluating competitor products and making suggestions to enhance the attractiveness of Bank offerings.
