Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years software systems testing and implementation in banking or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• Certified Test Manager (CTM) (preferred).
• Understand and follow compliance programs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support department and cross-functional initiatives and manage testing projects.
• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios; document results and report to management.
• Review technical specifications and analyze systems relationships to prevent disruptions and drive improvements.
• Maintain working knowledge of the business/technical ecosystem and assist staff with procedures and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
