Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 0+ years of data entry experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and 10-key, and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality while delivering excellent service to accountholders.

Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in data entry and analysis, in a financial or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience/knowledge with tax reporting desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient in 10-key.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and customer information.

Responsibilities

• Process account transactions including Excess Contributions removal, Internal Transfers, Account adjustments, Contributions, Corrections, Refunds, Stop payments, and processing of Death and Divorce payments accurately and timely.
• Process accountholder reimbursement requests.
• Assist in training tasks.
• Prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Review procedures and update or create new procedures as needed.
• Report system or policy issues to appropriate parties.
• Advocate for the customer by submitting feedback through appropriate channels.
• Meet/exceed customer service standards and operate within policies.
• Model behavior aligned with Member Service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager/team lead.
