Job summary

Santander US in Milwaukee seeks a Partner Relations Specialist to manage daily issue resolution and provide administrative support for Partner/Large Employers with money movement or audit risk.

You will own the success for high-risk partner tasks, monitor partner dashboards, and coordinate reporting to ensure contractual obligations are met and improvements identified. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience servicing partners and large employers
• 2+ years experience with employee benefits, TPAs or insurance carriers (HSA/Notional preferred)
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor with internal and external customers
• Demonstrate analytical capabilities
• Advanced knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Adaptability to shift priorities and work under changing demands
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce and customers
• Willingness to adjust work hours to meet business needs, including occasional nights/weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Partner Subject Matter Expert for assigned partners and provides internal and external support.
• Assist Partner Service Managers with critical needs to meet partner goals.
• Monitor and identify service trends from data and files.
• Identify scalable processes to improve partner relationships and goals.
• Review internal knowledge base for consistency and quality for partners.
• Gather insights from support teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Own success and be the point of contact for high-risk partner tasks.
• Own custom money movement processes with attention to contractual obligations.
• Proactively monitors file processing and serves as file expert for each partnership.
• Maintain daily ownership of Partner dashboards and reporting to partners.
• Execute customized monthly processes per Partner with critical decision-making responsibilities.
• Escalate issues and drive recovery efforts.
• Identify systemic issues and work with management to rectify.
• Support partner-specific project work for enhancements to improve partner experience.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
