Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin-like role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with mobile and online banking services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
