You will work closely with clients to build tailored solutions, bridging product decisions with client needs. Compensation ranges from $140K to $160K, with remote-first work and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-taught or experienced in coding with a bias to build.
• Strong instinct in product and UX design.
• Fluent in banking concepts and regulations.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects confidently.

Responsibilities

• Embed with banking clients to understand workflows and strategic outcomes.
• Translate business problems into testable hypotheses and solutions.
• Own product decisions on live engagements.
• Build full-stack solutions focusing on client-facing experiences.
