Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of bankcard operations and ensure operational excellence across processing, servicing, systems administration, QA, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee audits, implement system enhancements, and drive process improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership for the card operations team, including talent management and change adoption.
• Serve as liaison for external partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders to support third-party relationships and initiatives.
• Support new product implementations, mergers, and conversion activities with focus on customer experience and compliance.
