Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in Finance/Business Management.
• 5+ years management experience.
• 5+ years payments experience.
• 3+ years bankcard experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of bankcard operations, ensuring operational excellence across transaction processing, card servicing, systems administration, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, support audit and examination activities, and oversee system enhancements; drive process improvements and policies.
• Provide strategic leadership for the card operations team through coaching, talent management, and change adoption.
• Serve as liaison for external partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders; coordinate system enhancements and projects.
• Support new product implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and conversion activities with focus on customer experience.
