Community Bank is seeking a Senior Operations Officer to oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency, security, and regulatory compliance across back‑office functions such as transaction processing and treasury operations. You will lead initiatives to strengthen controls, improve workflows, and manage audits, fraud prevention, and vendor relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in community banking with leadership experience, plus hands‑on expertise in payments systems and core banking

Qualifications

• 10+ years in community banking in a senior operations role.
• Strong knowledge of bank operations and payment systems (ACH, wires, Fed systems).
• Expertise in compliance, risk management and fraud prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bank operations including ACH, wires, deposits, and online banking activities.
• Coordinate internal, external and regulatory audits ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Develop and improve operational processes, policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with departments to support strategic goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and support strategic initiatives with senior leadership.
