Job summary

Truist is seeking an experienced Card Payments Operations leader to manage operational processes and strategic initiatives for Card Payments platforms and services. You will lead multi-system enhancements, coordinate vendors, and drive performance, stability, and risk mitigation within a fast-paced financial services environment.

The role requires extensive experience in card payments, system integrations, and project leadership, with a focus on process improvements and strategic direction for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field or equivalent training.
• 7+ years in a Systems/Business Analyst role or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in financial services with at least 5 years in Card Payments systems and applications.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Expert understanding of card payments infrastructure and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enhancements and changes for Card Operations vendors and systems to ensure stability and precise execution.
• Manage projects, design, develop, test, and validate system changes and implementations.
• Act as risk lead for vendors and partners, addressing compliance and risk issues.
• Review regulatory updates from networks and third parties to assess impact for Card Payments Operations.
• Provide input to planning and prioritization of Card Payments activities and align with the corporate systems plan.
• Lead the team in daily operational tasks and monitor SLAs and risk items.
