Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical leadership for Bankcard Operations, overseeing daily processing, staff performance, system administration, complex issue resolution, customer support, and operational risk.
• Drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
• Lead workforce development, talent management, and change adoption to maintain a high-performing team.
• Coordinate system enhancements, vendor relationships, audits, and major product implementations or conversions.
