• Licensed in California and reside in California.
• 4–5 years of legal experience in Bad Faith/Fraud defense or related areas.
• Experience handling discovery, motions, depositions, and court hearings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cases, conduct discovery, prepare and argue motions.
• Handle written discovery, motions, depositions, and court hearings in Bad Faith/Fraud cases.
• Make in-person appearances on cases when needed.
