Salary ranges from $130,000 to $185,000 per year, with significant bonus opportunities. Remote work within California is supported, with in-person appearances as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California.
• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 4-5 years of legal experience, ideally handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in Bad Faith/Fraud cases.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in managing cases, conducting discovery, preparing and arguing motions.
• Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed.
