Qualifications

• Active California Bar license is required.
• 1–3+ years of litigation defense experience.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active caseload from inception through resolution.
• Take and defend party, witness, and expert depositions.
• Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery-related matters.
• Conduct written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, mediations, settlements, and arbitrations.
• Develop litigation strategy and assess liability and exposure throughout the life of a case.
