The ideal candidate has 5+ years of dedicated practice in insurance coverage analysis and bad faith defense, with strong writing and courtroom leadership skills. California bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar admission.
• 5+ years of dedicated practice in insurance coverage analysis and bad faith defense.
• Strong capability in complex coverage disputes and courtroom proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Directly represent major insurance carriers in high-stakes coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.
• Draft comprehensive coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions of carrier personnel and experts.
• Manage multi-party coverage litigation from initiation through trial and appeal.
