The candidate will handle complex coverage disputes, draft comprehensive opinions, and manage multi-party litigation through trial and appeal, all while maintaining strong client-facing and writing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance coverage analysis and bad faith defense.
• Experience handling complex policy interpretation and motions.
• Strong legal writing and courtroom coordination.

Responsibilities

• Represent major carriers in high-stakes coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions of carrier personnel and experts.
• Manage multi-party coverage litigation from start to trial, mediation, and appeal.
