City Detect seeks a remote Business Development Representative to drive municipal sales pipelines and book meetings with city leaders. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to qualify opportunities and advance deals, engaging city managers, directors, innovation teams, procurement officers, and elected officials.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, CRM accuracy, and collaboration with Account Executives to move opportunities forward in a fully remote setup within the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2G sales or public sector development.
• Strong understanding of municipal procurement cycles.
• Proficient with CRM systems like HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify municipal leads in assigned territories.
• Book meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Maintain CRM records and support territory planning.
• Assist with RFP/RFI discovery and early-stage qualification.
