Novakid School is seeking a results-driven B2C Sales Team Lead to build and mentor our remote sales force in Vietnam. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, driving revenue growth and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2C sales leadership in remote distributed teams.
• Hands-on B2C sales experience.
• Strong understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing in the region.
• Strong analytical skills for data-based decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and using AI tools.
• English and Vietnamese skills at C1 level (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide Sales Leadership for the remote Vietnam region.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and optimization to scale growth.
• Lead and mentor the remote sales team to achieve targets.
