Emerging Travel Group is seeking a Commercial Back Office Specialist to support commercial operations, manage contractual documentation, and coordinate payments. The role offers remote work with a flexible schedule and collaboration across Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in Sales Support or related roles, strong Excel and BI dashboard skills, CRM familiarity, and bilingual English/Italian communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Sales Support or related roles.
• High accuracy and attention to detail handling commercial documentation and payment-related activities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage commercial docs and templates.
• Liaise between partners and Operations to resolve booking and payment issues.
• Coordinate payment-related admin, including wire transfer confirmations.
• Manage credit notes and payment requests from partners.
• Support Marketing with sales materials and brand-aligned presentations.
• Assist in organizing commercial events and logistics.
• Manage promotional materials inventory and shipments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing.
