Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a motivated B2B Customer Support Representative to join our B2B Support team. This role can be 100% remote from select locations with a potential hybrid schedule for candidates in the Chicago, IL metro area.

You will manage client requests and feedback via phone and email through Salesforce, performing technical troubleshooting and real-time assistance to maintain high customer satisfaction and support quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a B2B technical support role.
• Experience with Google Docs and MS Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven professionalism in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, tickets and chats regarding product issues and service questions.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and inform teams of policy changes.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 as needed.
• Provide high-quality B2B customer service and support.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers.
