Job summary

Keeper is seeking a passionate B2B Customer Support Representative to support our B2B customers by handling requests via phone and email through Salesforce. This role offers a 100% remote option with potential hybrid schedule for Chicago-area candidates.

You will stay up-to-date on product knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Tier 2 when needed to deliver accurate and timely assistance, helping to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a B2B technical support role.
• Experience with Google Docs and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven history of maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, tickets and chats regarding product problems and general client concerns.
• Consistently stay up-to-date on product knowledge and collaborate with management and other teams.
• Know when to escalate issues to the Tier 2 team.
• Provide excellent B2B customer service and top-notch support.
• Maintain professionalism and build positive rapport with customers.
