Ōura seeks a Staff Technical Product Manager to own the BTS and Workato platform roadmap, aligning with ERP, financial, commercial, and customer systems. You’ll shape API contracts, versioning, and integration patterns, partnering with Enterprise Architecture on deep systems design.

You will lead demand intake with Business Technology directors, translate business asks into a clear backlog, and communicate value to executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product or platform management, focusing on infrastructure, integration or API platforms.
• Strong technical background: write or critique specs (OpenAPI, event schema, contracts) and justify build-vs-buy decisions.
• Working knowledge of AWS services: API Gateway, Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS/SNS.
• Direct experience with iPaaS and API design, versioning, and contract management.
• Proven ability to translate vague requests into clear, buildable requirements with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the BTS platform roadmap across domains, turning underspecified asks into a sequenced backlog for scale.
• Align demand intake across BTS and Workato into a single prioritized view of integration/automation roadmap.
• Collaborate with BTS stakeholders to elicit and structure platform demand, replacing ad hoc requests.
• Own API contracts, versioning, and integration patterns; defend decisions with Enterprise Architecture and Engineers.
• Articulate the platform's business value to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Work with Enterprise Architecture on Databricks data lakehouse integration and data mesh support.
• Review requirements for MCP servers and AI agents supporting BTS, in partnership with AI Productivity.
• Help stand up Integration & Automation Engineering team and guide transition from contractor-led to FTE delivery.
