Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business (calls, LinkedIn, email, networking).
• Schedule and lead meetings with hiring managers, HR, and procurement leaders.
• Close new client partnerships and grow accounts.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Partner with recruiting to deliver results for clients.
• Represent A-Line at industry events and networking opportunities.
