Travel locally 60-70% and enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commissions, auto allowance, and comprehensive training. This is not a remote position, with strong growth support from local and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or business development experience preferred.
• A passion for prospecting and building new business.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout the local territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and identify workforce solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Negotiate, close, and onboard new accounts.
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Travel locally throughout your territory (60–70% field-based). Auto allowance provided.
