Devine Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative and Trainer for an independent contractor role. You will drive field-based B2B sales of supplemental insurance and mentor a growing sales team.

You will work remotely with occasional in-community meetings, build relationships with business decision-makers, deliver hands-on training, and lead workshops to boost revenue and team performance. Compensation includes a base draw, uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience mentoring or training others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions in the field; build relationships with decision-makers; meet sales goals with ethical practices.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide hands-on training to new sales representatives; lead by example to inspire a high-performance culture; conduct workshops and coaching sessions.
