Job summary

Devine Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative and Trainer to drive field-based B2B sales of supplemental insurance products and mentor our growing sales team. This is a full-time Independent Contractor role with remote work and in-community meetings.

You will balance hitting personal sales goals with coaching others, leading workshops, and delivering hands-on training to develop a high-performing team. Compensation includes a base draw, uncapped commissions, and licensing support.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales and mentoring or training.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions in the field (B2B).
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers for client satisfaction and retention.
• Meet sales goals by identifying opportunities, addressing client needs, and maintaining ethical practices.
• Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives.
• Lead by example to inspire and cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Conduct workshops and individual training sessions for growth and team success.
