Devine Business Group is seeking a motivated Sales Representative and Trainer to drive new business and mentor our growing sales team. This independent contractor role involves field-based B2B selling of supplemental insurance solutions.

You will work remotely with local in-person meetings, earning a base draw plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with licensing support and ongoing training to advance your career. Schedule: Mon-Fri, occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales or related field.
• Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance in the field, B2B.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers for client satisfaction and retention.
