The position offers a base draw with uncapped commissions, licensing support, ongoing training, and leadership opportunities. Remote work is possible with in-person field meetings in your community.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally with experience mentoring or training others.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable using CRM systems and Mac products.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Drive new business growth by promoting supplemental insurance solutions in the field and building relationships with decision-makers.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide hands-on training and coaching to new sales representatives and lead by example to foster a high-performance culture.
• Operate in a remote, field-based, business-to-business capacity with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
