Devine Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative and Trainer to expand our supplemental insurance solutions for businesses. This remote, field-based role combines new-business development with mentoring a growing sales team, offering uncapped commissions and a base draw.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, deliver product education, and drive consistent revenue growth. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, tech-savvy, with B2B sales experience and a knack for coaching

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales and mentoring or training.
