American Bolt Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative to cover the Fox Valley, Wisconsin market. The role offers a total compensation package with base salary plus quarterly bonus and mileage reimbursement, with a territory spanning northeastern Wisconsin.

You must reside in the territory and drive growth with direct customer engagement and strategic partnerships. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and holidays,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education/training/experience
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales and partnership building
• Experience in fastener industry and/or manufacturing/construction is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicate and execute the American Bolt go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain and grow pipeline of prospect accounts, building relationships at multiple levels of customer organizations.
• Follow up on all sales leads and develop new customers via direct visits, telemarketing, social media, networking and other opportunities.
• Further develop and maintain relationships with existing customer base in territory.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM.
• Achieve profit plan targets.
• Identify, develop and win new solutions customers.
• Bring maximum value to customers through understanding of their business.
