Job summary

Envirogen seeks a driven Inside Sales Specialist to help customers discover the impact of our filtration products. This remote role supports customers from Amber Valley, England, United Kingdom and collaborates with UK, Europe and North America teams.

You will generate new opportunities, build lasting relationships, identify needs, secure trials, and grow accounts—while maintaining a healthy CRM and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business-to-business sales with a track record of hitting targets.
• Comfortable developing relationships and growing accounts by phone and Teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Well organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities.
• Comfortable with technical products and explaining them simply.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities through outbound calls, Teams meetings and email.
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with customers.
• Identify customer filtration needs and recommend products.
• Secure product trials and demonstrations to win long-term supply.
• Grow accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Convert enquiries and quotations into orders and recurring revenue.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM and collaborate with teams.
• Hit and beat monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
